Design And Realization For The International Communication Information Management System Of Fujian University Of Technology

In recent years, along with the reform of higher education in China, domestic colleges and universities were actively to improve their education level, quality and efficiency, and internationalization is one of the important means. In order to improve the internationalization level of university education, in the expansion of foreign cooperation in running schools, scientific research cooperation, foreign exchange is a very important work, the foreign exchange information management has become an important part of university management. Therefore, developed the International communication information system used to supplement the information management system of universities based on the running characteristics of universities, then make the managers know international exchange of information in universities, and realize the information sharing, improve the work efficiency, promote the internationalization of higher education level, which has the extremely vital significance.According to the actual needs of information exchange and business characteristics for Fujian University of Technology(FJUT), analysed the key technology such as the B/S architecture,.net technology platform, SQLServer database and three layer architecture, and had a detailed analysis for the business process of international communication, functionality, ease of use and availability requirements of the information system. Based on this, put forward the architecture of the system, and designed the system function modules, database architecture and security system, then realized the content management, user management, interface management and system management based on ASP.NET technology and SQLServer 2000.Through the functional and load performance testing for international exchange information system of FJUT, the results showed that the system functions meet the needs of the daily management for FJUT, and had good usability, availability and high load performance, can meet the needs of information sharing for FJUT.Through the project development, the author was familiar with the web technology,.NET technology, SQLServer database and related technology, the designed international communication system realized the effective communication with foreign and Taiwan’s colleges, further improve the level of education internationalization.
