With modern society facing economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, Digital Earth, Digital City, Digital government, and digital enterprise have moved from concept to reality. Various organizations (business , government and institutions) are paying more attention to the development, management and utilization of information resources. To manage more information with better efficiency has become a widespread challenge. The result reported in this thesis is the subject of a research and development effort sponsored by the State Torch Program, titled《Strong Information Publish Platform》(Strong IPP System for short). The author participated in this work through her association with"JiangXi Strong Digital Technological Company Limited". The motivation of this project is to answer this challenge.Strong IPP System offers platform independency, and is independent of both underlying operating system and database, as well as flexible to environmental requirement. It provides seamless integration of heterogeneous information resources, thus realizing information sharing and work-flow management with greater efficiency, improving development, management, and maintenance efficiency of the entire information system. It supports dynamic information release, greatly increases efficiency of website management by using new template design concept.The first part of this thesis introduces the background, significance and the history of the research project, summarizing the innovation in the results reported here. Next, the author will discuss the MVC design pattern and MVC application, since MVC is the most suitably applied to J2EE. J2EE is a commonly used platform for developing large enterprise system application. Following that, the author will introduce the model and its advantage. A comprehensive comparative requirement analysis of the Strong IPP System will be presented. Then, the Strong IPP System's overall application framework layer, presentation layer, business logic layer, persistence layer application framework design and implementation will be discussed. Finally, a more detailed description of the incorporation of advanced technologies in the Strong IPP system such as RSS, Html Parser, and SAX are presented. At the end of the thesis, the author will summarize the Strong IPP system operating environment, operating results, and provide suggestions on future direction of the system.
