Framework And Implement Of A Science And Technology Management Platform

As the information age coming, IT and IT-based new technology develop rapidly. Demand for the application of electronic government affairs is increasing and internet has brought us better, faster and safer services. In order to fit the requirement of information age, process of handling the official business in educational system has become automatic and networked gradually.Need for the software of official affairs management in education is increasing. And the application of technology management system can improve the ability of disposal and management in technology information. Development of science and technology management platform and study on its system structure as well as the realization are meaningful to popularization of the government affairs management system.This thesis settled the complicated process, low efficiency and difficult management in university experts'information-collecting and project-applying with models of technology management platform structure after researching on status and the problem of current information-collecting and project-applying. In the study, the java tools are used to solve the problem of identity-distinguishing insure the safety. Designed modes have been properly used to realize the module of users'management. This thesis is focus on the analysis and realization of the technology management system structure, security modules and user management modules.After the management platform is put into use, the workload and the mistakes will both be reduced and education informationization will be developed greatly.
