The construction of enterprise information is a long and complex process, and the management information system of based on information technology is an integral parts of. On the one hand, the excellent enterprise information management system can make the handing of the information flow between enterprises and customers getting smooth and efficient. It can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve enterprise management level and increase efficiency, reduce business costs and thus improve the enterprise's core competitiveness. On the other hand, it can monitor the variety of business operation, support for enterprise business decision-making, to promote the rational combination of corporate resources and use to help enterprises achieve its strategic planning goals.This paper will be the HEBEI Postal Enterprise Information Management Platform for the background research. Through analyzing the relevant technical platform and system architecture such as the Java EE platform and architecture, MVC development model, technology of the framework, to study and summarized the key technologies of the system design and implementation. Purpose was to use the mature and advanced technology to design and realization of high reliability, scalability, flexibility, economy, and be able to meet the management requirements of modern enterprises, improve enterprise information-sharing capabilities, and support enterprises in high-level decision-making enterprise information management platform.First this paper analyzes the development situation of information technology and existing problems of HEBEI postal enterprise. And then introduce the new development opportunities for the enterprise business processes, management models, which brought by the rapid development of the computer, network, communications, information technology and the network based management information system applications. This paper researched the process of the Java EE-based enterprise application development, management and deployment, and the development of the distributed objects, components, frameworks technologies and multi-tier application development platform technology. This paper also researched the using of the technology in enterprise information management system domain.Based on the above analysis and research, this paper brings up to construct the HEBEI Postal Enterprise Information Management Platform based on Java EE specification and using B/S development mode. This paper's research used an object-oriented analysis, design and domain modeling methods. Thereafter, this paper describes the goal of building the system, and discusses the system requirements analysis and design, followed by the implementation of the system. The result obtained in this paper is to design and develop the "HEBEI Postal Enterprise Information Management platform". The application system has completed the design, development, and deployment of the production operating environment, and has achieved good results.
