The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Information System Framework

This paper is basis on work of my responsibilities,through analysis,induction,summarized the actual demand met by promoting informatization in several different sizes hospitals and the practical problems encountered during the development process of following-up,designed and realized a new,future oriented "Hospital Information System framework",hereafter referred to as the "Framework" by combining the relevant knowledge of software engineeringHospital information system(Hospital Information System,HIS)also known as the"hospital management information system",refers to the use of computer software and hardware technology,network communication technology and other modern means,the integrated management of the hospital and its affiliated departments flow,logistics,financial flow,produced in various stages of medical data acquisition,storage,processing,extraction,transmission,collection,processing to generate a variety of information,to provide comprehensive,automated management and all kinds of services for the overall operation of the hospital.First,the purpose design for " framework",is to meet the hospital,even the business development of the whole medical industry in 5-10 years of;secondly,the "framework" is around the design objective,applied for multiple mature medical industry flexibly and ensured the framework' s progressiveness and stability.Thirdly,the framework is not only stayed in the design and realization,but also fully considered how to support the transition from the existing business to the new architecture well,faster and smoothly and adapted to the matric development team structure.In technology,it provided all kinds of technology components to shield the complicated technical details through providing the general business components.In business,it solved the basic business data synchronization problem effectively by providing general business components.The framework may be compatible with all versions of Neusoft HIS technology architecture in vertical and had many new business components from horizon,such as"electronic medical record","clinical pathway","pharmacological experiment",which already had the capacity to adapt to a variety of policy,technology,business development.
