The System Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Project Management Of Mianyang Normal University

In the 1970 s, the rapid development of information technology has made significant influence on human thinking and work, and it broke the limit of space and time to achieve the long-range interaction, creating unprecedented convenience for management. Colleges and universities as the birthplace of science and new technology, is the main body of creation and dissemination of knowledge in the social knowledge system. University management especially in scientific research management should be by means of information and knowledge management methods and experience of project management to improve the overall level of scientific research and ability to promote the development of the discipline system of multi class edge knowledge and save time and manpower, research funds. This paper tries to design a college scientific research management in absorbing scientific research management concept, methods and means of foreign colleges and universities. From the perspective of knowledge management and project management, this paper tries to architecture a set of scientific research management information system platform which is suitable for China’s colleges and universities.With the development of network information technology, scientific research units and colleges in increasing numbers are beginning to use the network scientific research management system software to improve performance. In this paper, according to Mianyang Normal University scientific research management practice, starting from the viewpoint of information system construction, make full use of management science and software engineering, from the aspects of system analysis, system design, software development, puts forward the effective solution of the model, system analysis and system design of our scientific research management information system, developed a scientific research management information system unit.Mianyang Normal University research projects exist in the management of scientific research resources cannot be shared, achievements management cannot realize their network reporting, audit and management, scientific research workload automatic accounting cannot be achieved, many problems imanagement of scientific research project is not smooth and scientific research management information exchange, quantitative and statistical difficulties.The scientific research management information system serves for teachers engaged in scientific research activities, scientific research management and subordinate departments related scientific research service personnel.
