Design And Development Of Scientific Research Management System For Anshan Normal University

With the development of web and information technology, scientific researchmanagement system used many academies and universities realize efficiently management.Thinking the problem of scientific research for anshan normal university, this paper documentthe technology for the realization of scientific research management system by utilization ofsoft engineering that include system analysis, system design and soft development and so on.The concrete process contains UML(Unified Modeling Language) modeling of scientificresearch system, using JEE SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) Framework and Database. Firstly,this paper shows the background and meaning of topic selection and the developmentsituation about it in the domestic. Secondly, the requirements analysis of scientific researchmanagement for Anshan normal university is completed.Following,concrete design iscompleted by the blending utilization of UML modeling,function realizing and databasedesign.Lastly,we test and verify the all functions that include the authorization，the permit ofresearch result and the item management and so on. These result shows that our project notonly complete the demand of the scientific research management for our university, but alsoimprove the efficient of scientific research management. Therefore, this research resultfacilitates the development of e-scientific research management. Application use casesequence diagram from research management system use case diagram, system developmentclass diagrams, research projects, research project management module activities in four areascharacterized by specific system functions, and the development of the source code. Databasetechnology design is to consider the specific circumstances of my school researchmanagement and other departments can coordinate management functions. The data in the information system model organization, storage, retrieval, maintain the function of the data,so that information systems can facilitate the timely and accurate manner to obtain therequired information from the database. The formation of a unified data management, highlyparameterized, service network, the highly modular design of the metadata system ofcross-platform design technical characteristics.Finally, the method based on black-box testing basic system functional testing, includingthe user logs on to the system and permission to test, research projects, and projectmanagement of the Fund test, scientific research queries and the system underlying datamaintenance testing, the announcement information released test. The test results show thatthe rights management, scientific research management, research projects managementfunctions in the system can meet the implementation requirements. The success of the systemdesign also means that the new method of the discovery of new targets and new thinking:design patterns, new programming strategy, consider a system function after newdevelopment orientation and model development are completed.
