Scientific research is the basic function of higher education institutions,research and teaching complement each other,to promote the continuous development of higher education,scientific research ability will enhance the overall level of school teachers to improve the school's comprehensive competitiveness.In recent years,China has increased investment in high-tech,universities as the main research institutions bear a large number of research work,the school more and more attention to the relevant work,the requirements are also increasing,management work is changing.So the traditional manual,semi-manual management model is difficult to meet the current scientific research management requirements.Based on the research and analysis of scientific research work and its management in colleges and universities,this paper designs and realizes the research information management system based on computer information technology,so as to establish a unified scientific research information management standard and standardize the management process so as to improve the quality and level of scientific research management,Reduce the burden on the relevant management workers,improve the efficiency of the work.Based on the theory of software engineering,this paper uses object-oriented method to carry out the analysis,design and implementation of scientific research management system.Based on the MVC model,the architecture of the system is designed.The system function module is developed to establish the static structure model and the dynamic interaction model.The conceptual structure and physical structure of the system database are designed.Design research management system covers all aspects of scientific research work,including scientific researchers;horizontal and other research projects;papers,works,patents,awards and other scientific research;research funding inquiries and claims;scientific research performance and performance assessment and research information Of the query statistics.Scientific research management system using B / S structure,Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 tools development,development technology for ASP.NET,front-end interface to show Html,Css,JavaScript technology to achieve,back-end function to C # object-oriented language.The system has fully considered the scalability and maintenance of the system function.The MVC model framework is used to organize the functional structure,and the flexible architecture is established,which reduces the coupling degree of the system module.The overall function of the scientific research management system is complete and the content is comprehensive.The system has been tested and run smoothly,the function is normal and the data are accurate,which can meet the basic requirements of scientific research management in colleges and universities.
