Computer applications technology has experienced earthshaking changes with the overall progresses in science and technology since we entered the new century. Enterprises are combining more and more mainstream computer technologies with their primary business. They use advanced computer technologies to develop scientific management systems that are suitable for their enterprises, thus to improve the management of day-to-day business operations and the overall competitiveness of enterprises.A great amount of resources are needed for the operation and management of an enterprise. How to effectively control enterprise management is an important research topic for all enterprises on the matter of operations. To solve the research problems, a series of software for enterprise system management has appeared. The design purpose of the management system software is that, it can provide the daily operation and management of enterprises with a more sufficient, efficient and high-quality assurance. Relying on the mainstream computer technologies, researchers can thoroughly analyze, reasonably and effectively design the business engaged in by the enterprise, so that the business resources of the enterprise can be normally and reasonably managed. Software suitable for an enterprise business management system can ensure the healthy operation and effective management of the enterprise, and help the enterprise to participate in market competition with greater advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to develop management system software.The procurement management system software designed in this paper can be used to conduct systematic and detailed demand analysis and design, on the basis of sufficient research and survey as well as the operations related to the procurement management system of other enterprises. The newest framework technology and three-layer architecture technology have been adopted in the system, which can ensure the expandability and maintainability of the system. Object-oriented methods have been used in establishing the system design and requirement analysis modeling, and UML has been used to design a descriptive language for the analysis. The system uses Microsoft Office Visio2010as the requirement modeling tool and the Visual Studio2013programming development tool, supplemented by the interface design tool Photoshop and other tools to improve the system’s development efficiency.The procurement information management system mentioned in this paper is designed in accordance with the methods, regulations and relevant requirements of the procurement management of our company. On the basis of thorough analysis on procurement process, the popular computer technologies are used to ensure the normalization and standardization of procurement, and the implementation of real-time monitoring of the procurement process. Many inconveniencies and disadvantages brought by a series of procurement activities, such as purchasing staff surveying and researching the market, searching for relevant contractors and evaluating their quotations, can be removed by applying this system. It does not only simplify and supervise the procurement process in a more transparent way, but also can find, track and record the process of such activities more conveniently, accurately and rapidly. It provides a highly efficient management mechanism for the procurement management of our company. The system keeps its data safe, has high system stability and distinct function modules, which can fully meet all the requirements of daily procurement management, and better complete a series of behaviors, including recording and tracking the requirement list submission, the bidding invitation and evaluation of products, order generation and payment of the user department.The system designed in this paper has been applied in the procurement management business of our company. Currently, the system is in stable operation, and is convenient to modify or compose new requirements. It improves the daily working efficiency of the company, accomplishes a real-time status in which transactions can be accounted for, checked and tracked, guarantees that no files will be lost while the work is done efficiently, and meets the requirements of openness, fairness, impartiality and transparency according to the procurement regulations.
