The Police Geographic System Of Yidiantong Design And Implementation Based On The Platform Of PGIS

Police Geographic Information System(PGIS) is a special class of Geographic Information System(GIS) which can provide a new work fashion to solve kinds of police business and provide a visual management to the work such as security guard against, household registration management, early-warning analysis, traffic management, fire management and comprehensive decision-making in this rapidly developed information times, and finally to improve the capability of the police and the system operational level. In this article, we design and develop a system based on the analysis of actual demand of police in their daily work which we call YiDianTong.This article will discuss the characteristic and mode of the design systematacially, use the ministry of public security of the application of unity PGIS platform, use the B/S mode to develop YiDianTong system, and use Oracle technic to develop the database of the system. By geographical information database integration existing public security business of all kinds of information data, such as the comprehensive system of police, hotel management system, etc, the system can provide a intuitive display maps and achieve a comprehensive analysis of all kinds of information on a specific area. Through the geographic information system, the police can effectively improve traditional working mode, make the text information visualization, solve the disadvantages of traditional display daily information system, and achieve the works of policeman are based on GIS electronic map management and command mode. Finally, through effective integration of various information, the system create information based on spatial analysis function and a new visual display platform for the public security to the launching of informatization level ascend a new step.
