The Research And Implementation Of The PGIS Software Based On WinCE For Individual

According to the security personnel's need for their single mission,this paper introduces software of police geographic information which is embedded in the mobile phone.It includes communication,navigation,search and statistics.The design of software is individual Police Geographic Information System based on WinCE platform.This system has theory value and practical significance.This product highly promotes police work efficiency and professional skill,especially police execution ability.This system studies technology for the police PGIS single-soldier, discusses the structure and organization of the space for embedded data, and adopts synchronous technology of mobile database,as well database table mobile positioning, then design technology based on the individual PGIS WinCE platform software based on the analysis of location.According to the characteristics of GPS signal discontinuous,it puts forward matching method of a kind of topological relationships based on road sections,which provides effective help to get accurate GPS positioning.In addition, the improvement of navigation, making it A* algorithm for embedded in the equipment in more quickly and the path planning. In the topic statistics some spatial join indexes are used,to promote the police work efficiency.Experiments show that,comparing with the existing mobile police GIS system,this system has good performance and meets the needs of the project.
