Residents electric bicycle theft and burglary crime is the highest of all cases,and the detection rate is low.In 2012,electric car theft in the city of Wuxi more than 23000 case,only solve the case of 1470,the detection rate of less than 10%.NanjingGulou theft 1553 in May 2013,solve of 16,the detection rate of less than 2%.A greater dissatisfaction with the public caused by the high rate ofelectric vehicle theft and thelow rate of detection.With the development of the Internet of things,intelligent,information and visualization monitoring system is widely used in the field of public safety,urban operation management,ecological environment and health care.However,the application of electric vehicles for electric vehicles is still in the primary stage of development.To solve the problem of electric vehicle theft,the establishment of an intelligent electric vehicle anti-theft system based on GPIS can effectively combat crime,improve the security of the public to enhance the credibility of the government and police image.Solve the problem of electric vehicle theft can also to achieve economic benefits for the electric car factoryThis paper is dedicated to the design and implementation of intelligent security system for electric vehicle based on PGIS(Police Geographic Information System).The main functions,design requirements and main difficulties of the intelligent anti-theft system for electric vehicles based on PGIS are studied.The basic structure of the Internet of things,the basic principle of the core of the Internet of things sensor to carry out in-depth study.The structure design and key technology research of the intelligent security system for electric vehicle based on PGIS.On this basis,the detailed design and implementation of the system is carried out.Finally,according to the operating system,the scheme is put forward to improve the system.The main research and achievements include:(1)Thesis describes the background and significance of the topic.This paper analyzes the current research vehicle monitoring.Article analyzed the business requirements of the police.It analyzed the need of the police.(2)Thesis system design and key technology research.This paper introduces the overall structural design and software architecture design.Thesis researched on key technologies and study on the development of things,GPRS and GPS principle.To achieve massive data management monitoring platform to study the trajectory of moving objects indexing technology,To achieve access to basic public security and intelligence platform heterogeneous platform database migration technology research.To improve PGIS based on B / S Query System Efficiency of the web information initiative to push,information point thinning algorithm and roads smoothed.(3)It complete detailed design and implementation of the system.It completed the system sensing terminal design,database table structure design.It Completed in use WebSocket realization WEB reverse push the key code.(4)Aiming system functions black box functional testing,while leveraging LoadRuner tool for system performance test.It summarizes the design and implementation of population-based PGIS intelligent electric vehicle anti-theft system,process and presented the next improvement.Currently the project has run in the Wuxi police,2014 government funded 20 million units of things terminal procurement distributed free of charge to the public installation,July 2014 2015 June Wuxi City Police Bureau of electric vehicle theft crime rate decreased by 58%,vehicle theft detection rate increased from 53%,which assembled cheways equipment electric car chase exchange rate was 100%.Based on tracking network security PGIS vehicles are information platform in 2014 began construction,2015 trial operation,and in accordance with the requirements of the business sector upgrade the software function,and information platform data docking,the better to the police strike electric car theft of service.The project caused the attention of the national police department and the Ministry of industry has as a national industry standard in the formulation,the goal is to electric cars in the production line installation,become a standard feature for the vehicles' safety;...
