A Web Based System For The Maintenance And Management Of Medical Equipments

With the rapid development of hospital modernization construction, Informatization management of medical equipments appears gradually. Scientific management of these advanced medical equipments and the elaboration of the function of medical equipments. Has profound significance for the development of the hospital.Under such circumstances, I designed and developed the “A WEB BASED SYSTEM FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS” of Taian Central Hospital. The purpose is to regulate the informatization management of the office, to accelerate the process of medical equipment maintenance, to enhance the clinical departments awareness of medical equipments maintenance as well as to clarify the work of the equipment for scrap disposal work. I once participated in the research of the system, the instructions of the problems, Feasibility the analysis of feasibility every details, the analysis of functional requirements of the system, the procedures analysis of the overall design, and database design, moreover I took part in the design of the user login module and equipment fault warranty module.Function of this system is divided into five modules.(1) User Login(2) Fault repair of equipment(3) Preventive maintenance(4) Disposal of the scrapped equipment(5) Fittings Management.B/S model is mainly used to realize the operation of the system to construct the system. The key technique lies in the design of interactive dynamic web page and the access of the database through the Web. The database server uses SQL query language and multi threading relational database management system, and the Web server uses Internet information server IIS, and the front design uses Visual Studio 2008, Development of application program of server adapts ASP.NET Technology, we connects open database with ODBC and also connects ADO.net technology with database servers. We mainly uses ASP.NET development technology based on object templates and hierarchies to realize various functions of the system.This paper describes in detail the design and development process of equipment repair management system, which provides a good theoretical guidance and technical support for the further scientific research of the department, and offers help for clinical departments in a more rational use of equipment. The application of the system regulated procedures of the management department, improved the current management system, made up for a lot of shortages, and provided effective data basis for equipment demonstration and the purchase of equipment, it has become one of the important factors to promote the modernization and informatization construction development of the hospital.
