The management platform of auto repair information is on the basis of auto repair’s business process and the other requirement. It can improve the company’s auto repair’s operation level, the maintenance efficiency and information’s efficiency, safety and perdurability. The manager can analysis situation of company by looking up and analyzing the business data totally through this system. And then change management tactic according to different situation. On the other hand, he or she can read the summary of workload and examining employee performance at any time.Once the auto fault is determined, it can arrange the list of serviceman. The boss can look up the information of auto fault at any time after entering the data of serviceman. One customer’s basic information and the car’s information can be stored forever as long as his or her car be repaired by the company which the system is being used. And when the customer repairs car again, he or she just show his or her name. This saves time and improves the efficiency also.This paper mainly includes four parts:analysis of demand, summary designing, detailed designing and requirement realizing. It used the method of interview, document and watching in the first part. Talking with the manager or employees by interview in this part is the first step. Getting the basic situation of auto business and watching business process, recording all things. It sorted into full-scale and detailed document at the end. After that, sorting the clear business process by analysis of the document is the second step. Then confirm the document with the people who work in the company. The second part includes maintenance reception, maintenance workshop, maintenance file, parts management and storage management. Maintenance reception includes two small parts:recording fault data and item data. Maintenance workshop includes entering employee’s information. Parts management includes two small parts also:storing parts and parts management. Storage management includes getting parts and checking parts. There are reception part, storage management part and manager part in the system’s organization. It constructs and displays the system by UML. The paper display the detailed designing by static structure diagram and dynamic structure diagram. And then describe the database particularly. It includes analysis of demand of the database, concept designing, table designing and physical designing. There are global data flow diagram and local data flow diagram in the analysis of demand part. It describes the data flow which in the system. Concept designing main describes E-R diagram. E-R diagram describes the relation among the modules which belong to the system. Table designing part includes the important table module and detailed table structure. Physical designing part describes how to build the database and how to choose the suitable storage.The paper has the key code and picture in the implementation part. And there are test process, test data, test result and analyses in the test part. This system has the business process and fit the bill. It is fit to the small and middle company.
