Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System Of Xi'an Chuanglian Company

With the development of science and technology,enterprise equipment is becoming more and more sophisticated and complicated,and the equipment need to be operated by professional staffs.At the same time,with the increasing competitive pressure,companies need to maximize profits with existing equipment.Therefore,how to effectively and scientifically manage the enterprise equipment has become a very important part of the work in enterprise operation.The equipment management of Xi'an Chuanglian Company is till in the stage of manual registration and manual operation,and the mode of equipment management is still the traditional management method,which not only increases the working time and physical exertion of equipment management staffs,but also results in problems such as the error of filling and data loss,and thus the efficiency of equipment management is extremely low.For the current equipment management of Xi'an Chuanglian Company,a set of equipment management system was designed and developed of in accordance with the characteristics of Xi'an Chuanglian Company.This paper conducts actual researches and studies on the existing problems in the equipment management of Xi'an Chuanglian Company.It conducts business process refinement for the needs of equipment management,and on the basis of this,it studies the design and Implementation of equipment management system.Firstly,this paper discusses the business background of Xi'an Chuanglian Company.And the existing problems of its equipment management,and on the basis of summarizing the research status on equipment management at home and abroad,it proposes the research objectives of equipment management system in Xi'an Chuanglian Company.Secondly,according to the research purpose,this paper introduces technologies such as C/S framework,SQL Server database technology and ADO.NET needed in the development of equipment management system.It analyzes the users' requirements of the equipment management system,and with the use of an example diagram,it analyzes the users' activities.Through the grasp of the needs analysis,we initially established Xi'an Chuanglian company equipment management system software function structure chart.The system overall structure design,function structure chart according to the need.The overall design of the system mainly includes the system architecture design,network structure design and database design and so on many other content.Then it conducts systematic designing and coding according the analysis of users' needs,and divides the system into few functional modules including equipment information management,equipment maintenance management,equipment inspection management,equipment obsolescence management,user management and system management.By means of flow diagrams and class diagrams,it gives detailed introduction and design to each functional module,and implement the functional modules by coding.Finally,after the completion of equipment management system,it carries out functional testing for various functional modules of the system,and uses black box testing method to test whether the function of the system meets users' needs.Currently,the equipment management system has passed the test,and has been provided to the users with normal operation.This system effectively solves the irregularity of equipment management in technology Xi'an Chuanglian company,solves the defect of non-shared information,so that the equipment basic data can be improved,which effectively improves the enterprise's efficiency and management level,and makes the users think highly of the enterprise.
