Currently, the emergency medical center still need ask for help through artificial address mode in alarm, GIS positioning of its, often due to alarm people describe not clear delay ambulance police time, in order to develop a simplified 1120 emergency system for accepting mobile phone for help locating function makes the original operation is simplified, the scheduling system can get help citizens GIS positioning data in real time, thus speeding up the scheduling system phone accepts the input speed, shorten the emergency response time. This thesis studies on medical first-aid center mobile phone positioning system mainly concentrated in the following aspects:1. According to the present Shanghai city emergency medical dispatch command center has 120 emergency handling system construction present situations, as well as the user of medical first-aid center mobile phone positioning system function, system security and other non functional requirements.
