Based On 3g Mobile Medical Emergency Self-help System Design And Implementation

With the development of society and economy,request of people for medical establishment and service are higher more and more.However,there are still some accident happened during travel or in traffic vehicle which could not be carried out in time.This question has become a study focus in the medical field.Mobile long-distance medical system(MLDMS) is a good means to solove this problem.By using long-distance telecommunication,computer multimedia technology etc, MLDMS could utilize message from the sufferers to make a diagnosis,to monitor and give an appropriate Rx.The paper put emphases on mobile long-distance medical self-save system in emergency(MLDMSSE).On the base of 3G,multimedia technology and database etc.,the paper designed a particular scheme for MLDMSSE.On the meanwhile,the author utilized J2EE,J2ME and C++ etc.with integrating GIS and other technologies to realize this project.Firstly,the paper collected and coordinated some research literature on the subject inside and outside the country,as well as introduced some technology knowledge about MLDMSSE.By analyzing system componet carefully, the author brought forward that the system should have six parts,which including 3G client end,call-responsion subsystem,electronic experts subsystem,database subsystem etc..On this foundation,by the secondary exploitation on existed GIS and Xunniao CTI system,combined with the Oracle database,MMAPI and GCF,the paper continued to study on how to realize gathering video frequency in client end, communiationg data and call-responsion system etc.In the end,the paper made a demonstration analyse by the case of athletic injury.The paper degined and realized MLDMSSE based on 3G which utilized synthetically 3G technology,network technology,streaming media technology etc.,as well as the knowledge about diagnostics and emergency treatment.The system could help a patient far away from the hospital save herself(or himself) by the two-way video technology.The results of the paper have broken through the traditional way of self-save in emergency,and also made a credible reference and useful attempt for the modern technology in sussceful appliance in the self-save field.
