Competition among enterprises is ultim ately the com petition of talen ts. With the accelerating of the pace of global economic integration and the wide application of information technology, the enterprises pay more at tention to hum an resource management. In order to develop in the fierce competition in the m arket, Chinese enterprises must take the human resource to a strategic point of view, and improve the comprehensive quality of em ployees, to provide reliable gu arantee for the development of the enterprise and take th e road of sustainable developm ent. At present, Chinese enterprises have alr eady recognized the im portance of hum an resources, and also vigorously do the work of the introduction of talent, but in the human resources management, there is a large distance between the foreign advanced human resource management methods and management concept with ours. Especially for the application of infor mation technology in hum an resources, informatization level is rela tively low. In the inf ormation age, the networking and autom ation of enterprise personnel management has become an inevitable trend in hum an resource management. Therefore, the human resources management need to be in line with the international standards, to achieve the scientific construction of personnel management. Personnel management system is the foundation.According to the business needs of Tiantong company(TDGTIC) personnel management, through a thorough investigation to this company, and making a full use of the company’s existing resources, this topic is for the purpose of changing the low efficiency of company personnel management, and the unscientific status, pushing the pace of the information construction of TDGTIC, and realizing information, scientific and networking of the personnel m anagement. By adopting ASP.NET technology, SQL Server 2008 database and other rele vant design technology, TDGTIC personnel management system is a design or a im plementation a set of B / S structure of the personnel management system. System is divided into the basic settings management, personnel management, payroll m anagement, attendance m anagement, training management, notes management, records management module, system management, and other nine functional m odules to m eet business needs of TDGTI C personnel management. The system is open, high sca lability, ease to use, maintainability, high security and other advantages.
