Design And Implementation Of Teda Polytechnic Personnel Management System

As computer technology developing and popular using in business management, it is necessary to take advantage of computer in the field of personnel management in an enterprise. Personnel management system is a typical Management Information System, including establishing and maintaining the database behind the senses and developing application software as well.This system is combine with my school actual personnel system. Through the demand analysis, this personnel management system is developed by sqlserver2000 as a database behind senses and by the mighty powrebuilder9.0 by a development tool. The whole system established in an easy usage, a friendly interface, flexibility, practicability as well as security, will complete an entire process of personnel management, such as appending a new employee's personal record, modifying the staff information for the change of employee's position, title or section, inquiring staff information and work attendance, generating report forms, etc. The system is under a modularized designing, easy to combine and modify system functions either, or convenient to maintain and complete by technicians. The system is able to fulfill the function of maintaining databases, appending, deleting, modifying, and doing backup according to the business requirement timely. It is proved that this personnel management system can meet the needs in my work place. It is mainly introduce development background, the function and the developing courses. It emphasizes the key point of system analysis and design, difficulties and solutions in developing process.
