Industry as the important domain of our country’s energy consumption, its energy consumption accounts for more than 70% of the total energy consumption. Hence, industry is the emphasis of energy saving and consumption reducing work. The work of energy-saving monitoring and testing for industrial enterprises major energy-consuming equipment occupies an important position in the industrial energy-saving. It is an important means of understanding the status of enterprise production and improving the efficiency of energy utilization. However, there are few developments of software about industrial major energy-consuming equipment energy-saving monitoring and testing work. And the evaluation of energy-saving monitoring and testing results are divided into qualified and unqualified, that can not fully reflect the overall operation level of the major energy-consuming equipment in the industrial enterprises.This paper focuses on the research of energy-saving monitoring and testing for the common major energy-consuming equipment (electromotor, power supply distribution system, coal fired industrial boilers, fan’s unit, air compressor unit, motor-pump liquid transport system, heat-transmission and distribution system) in the industrial enterprises. First, the contents of the related standards are summarized in this paper, and the calculation and evaluation programs are written on the basis of this contents. Then this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model to reflect the whole operation level of the major energy-consuming equipment in the industrial enterprises. At last, this paper analyzes the monitoring data of the industrial boilers. Detailed research work are presented as the following three aspects.In the first part, this paper classifies the monitoring data and sums up the inspection items, testing items, items’eligibility criteria and the testing items’ calculation method from the standards of seven major energy-consuming equipment. Then develops the energy-saving monitoring and testing software with Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2003. And the software passes the debugging movement through the instance.In the second part, a comprehensive evaluation model with the integration of analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is build to reflect the overall operation level of the major energy-consuming equipment in the industrial enterprises. And the model is verified to be very effective through instance analysis. The hierarchical evaluation results can provide reference for further energy saving work.In the third part, this paper gives the calculation procedure of industrial boilers thermal efficiency simple testing and viewpoint that energy-saving monitoring and testing work should be combined with energy efficiency testing for industrial boilers. The relating testing items data are used for analysis. For one thing, based on genetic algorithm and specialist-scored method, the optimization weight value of all testing items can be obtained. The operation of industrial boilers can be controlled with a definite object in view through the optimization weight value. For the other, in order to obtain the coal net calorific value as received basis with convenience or test the accuracy of testing equipment, this part builds the soft-sensing model based on BP neural network so that it can ensure the coal quality analysis work and the boiler thermal efficiency calculation work smoothly.This paper develops the energy-saving monitoring and testing software, builds the comprehensive evaluation model and analyzes monitoring data on the basis of energy-saving monitoring and testing work for the common major energy-consuming equipment. It can provide convenience for monitoring data management, index calculation and comprehensive evaluation to offer some help and ideas to the energy-saving monitoring and testing work.
