Building,industrial,agricultural and transportation energy consumption is called people's livelihood energy consumption.In energy consumption of people,the global building energy consumption has ranged in the first place,exceeding industrial and transportation consumption and accounting for 41% of total energy consumption.As for China's building energy consumption,newly added construction area is over 2 billion square meters,consuming 40% of of the world's cement and steel.Large public buildings only accounts for 5% of the total civil construction area,but the power consumption of them is as high as 3.3 billion degrees,which account for 50% of the civil buildings' total electricity consumption.Large-scale hospitals account for an important part of public constructions,which have a lot of equipment,need massive energy and are difficult to manage.Based on these characteristics,this theory studies the causes of energy consumption in hospital buildings,in order to improve the hospital's energy efficiency and optimize energy consumption management methods.And then we designed and developed the LAN-based hospital energy-saving supervising system,implementing intelligent control of some energy-consuming equipment,such as water supply system and solar hot water system.The LAN-based hospital energy-saving supervising system adopts BS + CS method and modular design,uses CS framework to realize real-time data collection.The historical database of it was developed using open source database PostgreSQL.Through the data communication between hospital LAN and the site communication equipment,this system can realize host computer data collection.The field bus is in connection with affiliated field communication equipment to collect data on site.By theoretical analysis and practice,we proved that this system can automatically collect,store and analyze hospital's electricity,water,gas and other energy consumption data in real time.In this project,intelligent water supply and solar hot water control system adopt the combination of local and remote control,the control module uses PLC and the communication module adopts GPRS module.Although this project only implements some modules' design and development,such as energy consumption monitoring module,water supply control module and solar hot water module,but it can be extended to intelligently control all energy consumption systems in the hospital.This system can realize real-time energy consumption detection of hospital,early alarm and warning,data storage and analysis,water supply system supervising etc.,which can better meet the hospital's logistics support sector's needs for energy monitoring and management.All of these can provide necessary data support to construct a environment-friendly hospital and are conducive to optimizing the energy system's resource allocation,so as to further promote the rapid and sustainable development of the hospital.
