Design And Implementation Of E-government Management System Based On SOA Framework

Currently, the government administration the government is no longer a simple document management, has been combined with the characteristics and main technical information age together, and gradually transformed into the administrative process is an important component. Administrative processes in everyday government, e-government administrative conduct supervision is the core of modern management; Meanwhile, the establishment of e-government management is an important form of advancing government management innovation, but also an important means of improving the efficiency of government work carried out. Therefore, the establishment of an effective e-government management system is to promote open government information and service level of an important choice, but also the current government was important issues to be solved in government management.In this paper, the design and implementation of e-government management system based on SOA architecture as the main form of realization, and e-government management design pattern is used B / S carried out through the use of the database and the Unified Modeling Language, better used in electronics Administrative management system design process. Contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) through e-government management of government departments, processes and management effectiveness analysis to determine the direction and focus of the study of e-government management business studies, so as to cover most of the business of e-government management of content;(2) Combination of e-government research and unified modeling language technology, the system’s business model and business use cases were established;(3) A modular and object-oriented form of e-government management of major business design and build business processes main modules;(4) Approval requirements for the main document management, work flow engine and business process design;(5) The SOA architecture and e-government management services combine design and implement the system main function modules.Through specific implementation of e-government management system within the government, not only can effectively solve the e-government administrative services, but can facilitate the decision support, information management and information disclosure and other aspects. The system has been running within the government, which promotes interoperability between business processes of different departments, and help share business information, for the administration has a positive role in promoting.
