Therefore， the concept ofe-government is that government agencies use information technology， theInternet-governmental organizations to achieve optimization of the structure andreorganization of work processes， beyond time， space and departmental constraints，to provide efficient and effective all-round quality， standard， transparent andconsistent international standards of management and services.In the high-speed development of information technology，the government way ofcommunicating with the public， great changes have taken place， the government useof information technology， e-government in the form， provide the public with a moreefficient service. Collecting basic information required for e-government systems fore-government in the expansion of the business systems to provide more complete datasupport the foundation for the future integration of e-government service platform fordecision support， knowledge systems to provide data sources， this paper is to discussthe underlying database.
