Design And Implementation Of Practical Training Management In Colleges And Universities

Practical training is an important means for college students' training.In recent years,the society has paid more and more attention to the work experience of university graduates,Practical training course is an important means of training college students.In recent years,with the increasing attention paid to the work experience of the graduates,the practical training course in universities is constantly supplementing and improving.Under the current situation,higher requirements are put forward for the management of practical courses in universities.Simple traditional management model has become increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of the new situation,and stable diversified management system development has become inevitable.Set in the practice of JD college students and based on the idea of software engineering,this paper studies the practice management system of university practice from aspects of system requirement analysis,system design and system implementation.Firstly,it analyzes the function of the system from three aspects: students,teachers and department administrators,which defines the specific requirements of different users.Secondly,it designs the overall framework of the system and defines the functional composition of the system on the basis of the research on the system requirements,thirdly,using Java EE technology,the four fundamental modules are devoloped: student subsystem,teacher subsystem,practical management subsystem and administrator subsystem.to meet the needs of different users of the system function of the system.At the same time,through the performance optimization strategy of system,the overall performance of the system is improved,in order to meet the needs of users of the system.on the basis,positions are allocated intelligently according to students' major features and individual advantages related to the demands of the companies.And storing redis is applied,requiring obtaining data according to the programs and revealing in the form of image text,which is convenient for administrators to analyze data and make decisions.Finally,with the method of black box testing and white box testing combined,specific functions of the practice management system and overall system performance are tested.The test results show that the system can achieve the user Requirements in function and performance.The system has been deployed and used in JD college,which has achieved the effective management of students' practice,and basically achieved the intended purpose.
