The teacher management system has been served as an important guarantee for the secondary vocational schools in achieving scientific management for education and teachers, the teacher management system is extremely significant to the overall school information construction. With the continuous deepening reform in Chinese secondary vocational education, the school information construction has received extensive attention. Moreover, with the increasing investments of the country in secondary vocational education, the vocational school scale is constantly expanding, and the team of the teachers is also continuously enlarging. As a result, how to conduct scientific, reasonable and standard management for teachers and their work has become an urgent problem for each school. In this regard, utilizing the information system to manage the teachers’ work can not only promote the enhancement of teaching level, but also improve the working efficiency of various school working items and greatly push forward the information construction of “paperless office” in schools. Therefore, developing a set of scientific and practical teacher management system to assist the secondary vocational schools to manage the education and teachers is the urgent problem which should be solved at presantThrough the actual survey and study on the teacher management system in Nanning No.3 Vocational School, this dissertation designs a set of teacher management system based on B/S mode so as to greatly improve the scientification and rationalization in schools’ management over teachers, and reduce the problems like errors, repeated work, low efficiency and inaccurate data information, which may caused in labor control. Subsequently, this dissertation we analyzes the B/S framework in current network system, adopts ASP.net architecture to implement overall structure for the system, then specifically introduces the technical features of the system, and analyzes the realization process of ASP.net architecture development system. Base on the framwork Consequently, the erection and deployment of this system, the application and maintenance expenses for the system, has been largely reduced maximally utilize the school available resources, and achieve rational allocation of resources. Has been achieved In addition, this paper we have conducted detailed analysis for the feasibility of the system, verifies the feasibility in aspects of hardware, technology and maintenance for this system, and concludes the specific business requirements, functional demands and performance needs of the teacher management system.Based on the background of GuangXi Polytechnic of Construction, design and implementation of the educational administration management system management system, the certain effect in the implementation of applications, has been obtained the expected goal has been achieved. Based on the demand analysis in the system development process, this dissertation adopts modular design philosophy, implements detailed classification for the system functions and concrete realization, defines the interactive function for users and conducts specific design for each functional module of the system. Furthermore, it carries out actual tests for each functional module as well as the load volume of the overall system and its bearable concurrency so as to realize the whole system.In this paper, we have designed and put the teacher management system into practie, base on the Nanning Vocational School background, and the expected goal has been achieved.
