Smes Construction Solutions Analysis And Engineering Practice

The small and medium scale enterprise is an important component in the national economic construction of our country. It's very important for national economic construction and peoples lives. With the global economic integration and high-speed development of internet technology, it will be a very important subject need to be solved in the process of enterprise information system construction in our country to implement the change of enterprise management mode, accelerate the information construction of the small and medium scale enterprise, set up and perfect the information-based management system of the small and medium enterprise.After analyzing the current situation and the existed problems of the informationization engineering construction of small and medium-sized enterprises, this dissertation has deeply discussed the implementation methodologies of the integrated solutions for small and medium scale enterprise informationization engineering construction. Using the proposed methodologies to supervise the practices of the informationization engineering of Shanghai HuaHeng Telecommunication Company, we have implemented design of its information system. This research work has gotten some achievements on following aspects: On the theory, this dissertation has analyzed the business processes and the informationization engineering construction for small or medium scale enterprises, and discussed and concluded the methodologies of the total solutions of the integrated solutions for small and medium scale enterprise informationization engineering construction according to the software engineering theory and the standards.In the practical development, I participated the investigation and research of the proposed enterprise, the enterprise system programming and design, and development and implementation of the enterprise information system, and enterprise'sinformation-based training. I also take changed on the training of management information system. My major contribution is change of the development of the distribution system. Combining the practical development of the proposed system, this dissertation introduced the implementation solution of the informationization engineering construction of Shanghai HuaHeng Telecommunication Company, and summarized the practical experience of the enterprise information construction.
