To a small and medium-sized enterprise, whether it can carries on reasonably and fully the limited resources uses or not, which will affect directly enterprise's entity operations and the management benefits, and will become one of the important determining factors that the manufacture enterprise wins the market competition. In the implementing process about the enterprises' MIS, how the enterprise resources reasonable disposition and the optimized use in very great degree does materialize how to use limited resource to carry on the effective management tools that will help enterprise get further development-MIS. The Customer Relationship Management is one of them. The CRM is a kind of management strategy that take the customer as the center, it takes the information technology as the method, re-designs the service function, and reorganizes to the work flow, which all take the old customers and attracts the new ones. This article summarized eight kind of different types enterprises and established the tree models implementation plan suits to small and medium-sized manufacture enterprises, by unifying the author CRM development participation, the study of essential technologies, the function modules, and the CRM models. Therefore, it is one of the most important study that how to implement effectively the CRM system continuously, it has the very important theory significance and practical significance to the research.The author has taken several studies about the CRM system, as follows:1. Elaborated the CRM system importance to the small and medium-sized enterprise (especially manufacture industry), introduced the internal and overseas CRM system implementation condition, and analyzed the existed problems and the development tendency in this domain.2. Elaborated the CRM system basic concepts, analyzed the extremely important customer data, elaborated three kind of customers data type, and summarized the different gathering method and the utilization method for three kind of customers data type., and then introduces its status in the enterprise information system.3. Be familiar with three kinds of popular CRM development platform.4. Established the models about the customer relation, summarized the customer relations' attributes and mathematical model about relation index and so on. Analyzed the CRM three big modules one by one, and chose an effectively implements method how to carry on the CRM system according to eight different types of small and medium-sized manufacture enterprises.5. According the theory I summarized, carried on the software demand analysis, makes part of DFD chart, the ER chart and the function delimits drawing for the Bl kind of enterprise from eight kinds of enterprises. Finally, we developed the CRM system suit to the Bl kind of enterprise according to the software demand analysis.
