Based On The Tier C / S Structure Of Hospital Management System Design And Realization

To facilitate the medical informationization process, the Ministry of Health, on May 19th of 1995, declared that JinWei Project would be officially implemented. As a source of the main original data, HIS plays a crucial role in JinWei Project and is the main processing and memory unit of medical information. HIS serves as a management system and it helps to improve hospital management, increase medical efficiency and better medical service. Meanwhile, the traditional tri-tier HIS system can no longer meet the requirement in terms of retractility, expansibility and maintainability. However, the tri-tier HIS is in possession of numerous advantages over the traditional bi-tier HIS in respect of safety, retractility, expansibility and maintainability and recycling.With the development of SYHIS in Anyang People's Hospital No. 3 to be the background, this paper analyzes and researches the tri-tier HIS system and explores how the drugstore management system is designed on the basis of HIS' characteristics, advantages of the tri-tier C/S, and MIDAS technology.Facts have proven that the tri-tier HIS system can not only meet the strict hospital requirements but also can reduce the updating and maintenance cost.
