Modern human resources management stressed that "people-oriented", which will be considered as the highest position and the first factor in business activities.enterprise employees also replace enterprise customers as "God", the various needs of employees are met by enterprises.The creativity of employees, work efficiency, dedication and learning ability will be greatly improved.The employees can make more contributions to the enterprise. Effective goal of human resource management is to recruit, reasonable configuration, training, performance appraisal, equity incentive management to show the enterprise human resources advantages for the current and future development of the enterprise and ensure to chieve enterprises goals and the maximization of personal development. With the rapid development of the global informatization, enterprise informatization is the premise for enterprises to win the market, more urgent requirements have been put forward to as the enterprise competition the first capital of the human resources management informationization. To do a good job performance appraisal work, which must be combined with advanced performance management concept and advanced science and technology closely, with performance appraisal and application of information technology in E- HR(electronic human resource management, Electronic Human Resource) theory.
