The specific work includes the preparation and commissioning of the electro-hydraulic valve, pressure reducing valve and control valve test software,and completing the design of human-computer interaction interface improvements.This paper first givesa brief description of the domestic and foreign research, describes the basic knowledge of the configuration software WinCC,S7-300series PLC software and hardwareand illustrates the method of the connection between the host compute and the next crew.On this basis, it completes hydraulic components performance tests and improves the design of the man-machine interface. Comparative analysis and simulation usingshows that improved man-machine interface is more user-friendly and practical;This article completes the preparation and commissioning of the electro-hydraulic valve, pressure reducing valve and control valve test software. Commissioning work can ensure the correctness of the trial softwarelogically. Problems encountered and solutions in the debugging process are also described in the paper. The work uses electro-hydraulic valve test software specificto the preparation process, illustrates the principles of software design and programming methods.Finally, this article gives conclusions and outlook for future work. |
