With the development of society and scientific progress, people’s basic needs increasingly close dependence on the weather. Therefore, to ensure the accuracy of meteorological observation data is the basis for weather stations and critical work, including quality control throughout the entire process should be put in place, including site observations to the final use of the data output is provided. The density and intensity of meteorological observations in increasing observational data obtained also increases, manual mode operation can not meet handle large amounts of observational data, the need to use computer technology to build a quality control application software for automated processing, improved observational data processing efficiency, reduce labor intensity associated staff.Automatic Weather Station data quality control software design including automatic station data storage, quality control information into, quality control, data quality monitoring, quality control information inquiries, quality control information analysis, journaling and software management and other functions, meteorological data comprehensive quality control software. Early in the project I was mainly responsible for the technical support, SQL Server database design, database construction and so on related work, and participate in the part of the construction of the B/S structure and coding.After developing and testing, the system is demonstrated to have the capability to meet the current business requirements of automatic meteorological stations. The system, whose operation is easy, interface is concise and functions are consummate, can provide overall inspection and analysis to suspicious statistics. Its operation stability and good expansibility provides various functions, which makes the work more convenient and achieves preferable application effect. The use of the system greatly improved the efficiency and validity of statistics processing.
