Design And Application Of Java-based Approval Process

Approval workflow management system of enterprises and institutions is a practical office automation technology.It not only for enterprises save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also improve the efficiency of the office staff of enterprises and institutions. Through research and analysis of the Workflow Management Coalition(WfMC),designed the approval process,and use the jBPM modeling tools, design and implementation of a java-based approval workflow systems.Firstly, introduces some theoretical research of approval process, carried out the approval process of the design, including the approval of the platform database design, approval process design, implementation and approval process of the approval process monitoring. Then to achieve personal online office functions through an instance of office automation, document management, personnel management and file management functions. Then, test the function and performance of the system, fully reflects the online approval process feasibility and stability.Design and development of this project using My Eclipse approval system as a development tool, SQL Server as the back-end database to achieve, using B /S architecture design and technology to achieve,through JDBC interaction of data between systems. Approval system designed primarily to an enterprise OA management system as the background, the realization of the approval process related business enterprises, including e-mail approval, document processing, personnel vetting, file approval management.Finally, the design and development of the system has been completed, through user testing, the system can stability and reliability handle the data from client. The system as a subsystem of the OA system has been successfully applied to an enterprise, the use effect is ideal.
