Design And Implementation Of General Examination And Approval System

In the process of enterprise daily management,there are a variety of applications to be examined and approved.The traditional manual method usually is inefficient and has a high cost because of the cumbersome process,low transparency,slow speed and low security.In order to improve the efficiency and reform the mode of examination and approval,a system based on MVC(Struts + Spring + Ibatis)is proposed by analyzing and designing the various kinds of demands,flows and roles of different enterprises daily management.The general examination and approval system is not only an managerial platform,but also a general,simple and configurable system framework.All kinds of examination and approval systems are quickly built by combining the process with content provided by enterprises,which can achieve the different types of examination and approval for different enterprises.In this paper,a complete B/S structure program framework is designed to achieve database access,business logic package and the foreground interface,which utilizes SSI as the development framework,MySQL as the database and Tomcat as the system server.Foreground interface is designed plentifully and exquisitely by using jQuery EasyUI and background logic and the operation of database are designed with the help of SSI framework.Hence,the coupling coefficient of the code will be reduced and the reusability as well as robustness of the general examination and approval system will also be enhanced.Based on the analysis of different types of enterprise,the general requirement and functional classification of examination and approval system are concluded.This paper designs the mode for system framework by combining the workflow technology with OA system and utilizing the design philosophy of examination and approval workflow engine based on the lightweight framework.The main functions are analyzed and designed according to hierarchy of the system so as to complete the management of process,personnel and post.According to the different enterprise architecture,all kinds of satisfactory examination and approval systems can be built rapidly.Based on the different business activities,approval rules and personnel,different examination and approval chains can be built.Thus the general examination and approval system can adapt to different scenes and the versatility of the system can be assured so as to improve the efficiency of examination and approval.Finally,the problems in management ofexamination and approval could be solved radically.
