Design And Implementation Of User-defined Administrative Examination And Approval System Based On BPM

Along with the unceasing development of information technology, the Management Information System (MIS) is playing a more and more important role in administrative examination and approval. People demand information system to adapt to the constantly changing of governmental agencies and functions, and to realize the information exchanging and sharing, collaborative work and scientific management and decision between the e-government affairs and each application system. In the mid 1980s developed Workflow technology, and in recent years gradually mature and extensive application of Business Process Management (BPM) technology can well meet the demands. The Business Examination System developed and designed by this paper can not only meet the existing administrative examination business requirements of Bureau of Urban Utilities and Landscaping of Guangzhou Municipality, but also flexibly adapt to its business adjustment, which had practically proved the feasibility of the User-defined Administrative Examination and Approval System Based on BPM.Aiming at the characteristics of Bureau of Urban Utilities and Landscaping of Guangzhou Municipality, using a Java technologies and Model Driven (MD) thought based BPM system architecture platform, which provides business process rapid development, operation management and application integration functions, this paper has reconstructed the original "Digital Municipal" core system business MIS, designed and implemented a user-defined municipal gardening industry administrative examination and approval electronic workflow and electronic form objects. Through the integration of Electronic Registeration System, Public Service Platform, Internal Portal, the Administrative Examination and Approval Electronic Surveillance System etc. existing e-government application system, to construct a high reusability User-defined Administrative Examination System, in order to flexibly adapt to the changes in the business of administrative examination and approval, and finally achieve the Guangzhou municipal gardening industry e-government integration.
