Design And Implementation Of The Administrative Examination And Approval Management System Based On Workflow

With the development of society and economy, the government of our country’sworkload increasing, the work pressure is increasing constantly. These efforts have broughtgreat trouble to the government agencies, the work efficiency is also very difficult to improve.In order to solve this problem, many governments are beginning to study and use electronicgovernment system. The use of e-government system to manage the work of examination andapproval of government institutions can improve the work efficiency. But at present a lot ofadministrative examination and approval management system flexibility is poor, and it cannotapply changeable government approval tasks. In order to solve this problem, this thesisproposes to use the workflow in the administrative examination and approval managementsystem. Workflow technology can make the administrative examination and approval systemmore flexible, more applicable; make the government examination and approval work moreconvenient. The work of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1) This thesis introduces the research background and research objectives of the system,and queries the domestic and foreign research present situation of e-government, and foundthat the problems existing in management. This paper presents that design and development amanagement system for administrative examination and approval, and the use of workflowtechnology in the system. Through the workflow technology can make the administrativeexamination and approval management system more flexible and convenient.(2) This thesis introduces the key technologies used in the process of systemdevelopment, including the workflow technology, B/S structure,.NET technology anddatabase technology. In introducing workflow technology, this thesis mainly introduces thedefinition of workflow, the reference model of workflow and workflow management system.(3) The thesis analysis the requirement of system. During the introduction of the systemrequirement analysis, first introduced the overall requirements of the system, the generalrequirements, functional requirements and non functional requirements. Then this thesisintroduces the analysis of the feasibility of the system, including the economic feasibility,technical feasibility and operational feasibility. Finally, this thesis introduces the system ofadministrative examination and approval workflow, including the administrative examination and approval of business process, business process based performance appraisal and businessprocess information management(4) This thesis designs and implements the administrative examination and approvalmanagement system. In the system design stage, this thesis mainly introduces the design ofsystem architecture, use cases, functional module, workflow engine and database. Thefunction module of the system mainly includes system management module, workflowmanagement module, the administrative examination and approval module, performancemanagement module, the basic business information management module and statisticalmodule. In the stage of introduce the design of workflow engine, this thesis focuses on theestablishment of project examination and approval workflow, approval information readingand approval of information circulation. In addition, in the design of database, this paperintroduces the principle of design, concept design and structure of the database.In the implementation stage, this thesis mainly introduces the implementation process ofthe system login, permissions management, workflow management and administrativeexamination and approval management. In the presented workflow management, the thesisintroduces the form management; add the implementation process of workflow and workflowmanagement. In the administrative examination and approval management, mainly introducedthe design of the new approval, revocation of approval of the project management andapproval.(5) This thesis testes the administrative examination and approval management system.This thesis introduces the system login test, authority management test, form management test,workflow add test, step add test and the administrative examination and approval test.Through the test of the system can be seen that the workflow technology is very suitable forapplication in the management of administrative examination and approval system.. Thesystem has the advantages of simple operation, flexible and powerful function, high stability,and can meet the need of administrative examination and approval management business.
