The electronic control system is one of the cores of the modern diesel engine. With the electronically controlled calibration data being an important part of the engine, each foreign engine manufacturer generally has its own electronically controlled calibration data management system. However, this field still remains blank in China. Being a complex system itself, electronically controlled calibration data contains various functional modules which will decide whether the performance and emissions of the system and various electronic control functions can be achieved or not, thus influencing the security of the system. Especially when engine manufacturers have lots of engine varieties and don’t have the same standard in terms of performance and emissions of configuration and calibration of electronic control, it is particularly important to effectively manage and maintain electronically controlled calibration data. With the cooperative corporation of this software being a large diesel engine manufacturer, the PDM system it uses at present is not suitable for electronically controlled calibration data. It’s necessary to develop the administrative software of electronically controlled calibration data on the basis of the company’s existing electronically controlled calibration data management methods and processes. The software can cooperate with processes of the development of electrically controlled calibration, standardize and improve the electronically controlled calibration data management, and achieve the institutionalization and process of data management after Variable division, thus ensuring accuracy and high efficiency.Adopting the method of software engineering, starting from the requirements of the electronically controlled calibration data management system and considering the demands of the customer, this subject first analyses the functional and non-functional demands of users, and then it continues to elaborate how to achieve the function of the software through a series of processes such as the system architecture design, functional design, database design, detailed design, coding and testing, etc. The software uses Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool, the database uses Oracle 10 g, the system architecture uses B/S structure, and it uses MVC architecture during the period of development. Reasonable processing model layer, control layer and the presentation layer ensure a clear system structure and convenient maintenance. At last, this thesis comes to a conclusion that an electronically controlled calibration data management system which is convenient to use and enjoys flexible structure and good adaptability comes out. This system has three main innovations. The first one is that this system has achieved standardization and institutionalization in the process of electrically controlled calibration by adopting the workflow to manage calibration data of electronic control engine. The second one is that the system organically combines the working interface with the workflow technology so that users not only can design pages of process node in workflow platform, but also use pages of self-developed workflow in programming that is embedded into the workflow platform, thus greatly increasing the flexibility and scalability of the system, and meanwhile, providing convenience to adjustment and extension in system for users in the future. The last one is that the system achieves customizable process. The system uses process to manage the process of electrically controlled calibration data and the process can be customized according to needs.
