The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Tax Net Based On Workflow Model

The development of software engineering tends to be more procedural and processize,the workflow model has become a hot topic in the field of software development.How to dynamically set the respective process rules of varies business requirements in the same system without mutual influence has become a main research emphasis of the workflow model currently.Meanwhile,if appropriate algorithms and allocation model are used for the assignments of workflow system,the most appropriate participants will be chosed by the workflow system to perform tasks,which can improve the efficiency and quality of business processes.The defects of the traditional workflow system are as follows:(1)The system usually fixed in the first definition of business process,coupled with the complicated steps,both of which make it difficult to add or modify the business processes flexibly,leads to the system rigid and stiff.(2)In the process of assigning the tasks of traditional workflow system,only one of factors affecting task allocation is considered,there is lack of comprehensive analysis for all the factors,therefore a complete workflow task assignment model can' t be formed.To solve these problems,on the basis of traditional workflow system,as well as understanding the theory of workflow system,this paper re-designed and implemented a set of lightweight workflow system,which is suitable for electronic tax net operation and maintenance platform.Two questions were perfected by this system:(1)At running time,independent business processes of multiple businesses could be set dynamically by this system;(2)Due to new task allocation models and algorithms were adopted.The task allocation were optimized to be more reasonable and efficient.After being running for two years,each business rule of the workflow processes have been met fully by this system.
