Research Of Electronic Commerce System Base On Workflow Technology

The Electronic Commerce process is a cooperative process which is done by everyone who attends the business activities for completing their trades. The flying development of the Electronic Commerce makes that the business requisitions of the enterprises are also in a continuous variety. In today with the increasing and vigorous business competition, They are important factors for an Electronic Commerce enterprise always standing in the invincible position that strengthening the business flexibility, significantly improving the work efficiency, quickly doing reactions to the requisitions of the customers and timely making adjustments to the business processes when the market requisitions vary. It is just a valid way for the enterprises solve the above-mentioned problems that having an efficient and modernistic business Workflow Management System.Workflow Management System can complete the definition and management of workflow and run the workflow instances according to the workflow logic which is already defined in the programs. It reaches the purpose of raising the work efficiency by managing the work processes reasonably. Currently, domestic and international workflow technique researches and development of related workflow products are valued increasingly by the academic circle and the enterprise field, many research organizations and enterprises concentrate on the further development of the workflow techniques. The WfMC Workflow Reference Model and related technique standards have been the fact standards of the workflow realm, and the model emphasizes the importance of the workflow engine. The paper is concerned with the research on the application of workflow techniques in Electronic Commerce system. Main research work being carried out is as follows:Through the researches and analyses for the current workflow products and its standards, I chose the excellent open source workflow engine item -Shark, developing to carry out a Workflow Management System in which Shark was a core of the work to manage the system for the BtoB Electronic Commerce based on Web and resolving the core problem with handling the enterprise trade processes in the Electronic Commerce system. My concrete method was: first ,I analyzed the movement mechanisms and trade models of Electronic Commerce, described the processes of a trade model by the process definition language- XPDL and checked the process models to prove the accuracy of the model, above all is used to complete setting up the Electronic Commerce process model; second ,I analyzed the system structures and the work methods of open source workflow engine Shark; and last ,I wrote the code according to the right model which has been built and ran the Electronic Commerce system by distributed Shark workflow engine .
