In addition, due to unavoidable errors caused by artificial processing, so it is in bad need to apply the computer technology in order to make the management simple and automatic as well as make the market scientific and standardized in Real estate intermediaryThe paper dasigns and implement a management system of the real estate intermediary on the basis of the study of the current situation of the real estate intermediary management at home and abroad,as well as the situation and the need of real estate intermediary in Sanmenxia. This paper also discusses the idea of the software engineering and studies the behavior of the main participants as well as analyzes the problems and demands existed in the real estate intermediary system from an objectoriented perspective. A new real estate intermediary system has been developed based on the B/S model by using the ASP technology according to building three layer system architecture based on the B/S model and constructing the system database by using SQL Server 2008. Using this system, users can search and publish the related housing information and the system administrators can manage and maintain the housing information, advertisements and users of the system.This paper introduces the design and the implementation of the main function models in the system from the various aspects of the system modeling, the demands analyzation and the design and so on. Finally the system is successful in passing the functional tests and verifies the performance of the system.
