Currently own affiliate business hall of a telecom company already has more than 200, the number of business hall in greatly enhanced telecom market competitiveness, but at the same time, business hall fine management level is not high, low operating efficiency problems also appeared increasingly, business and busy busy day when customers queuing phenomenon is more serious, especially some core business and office business hall queue problem is more outstanding, affect the company image and customer satisfaction.Project background of this thesis is based on the J2 EE telecom business hall operation monitoring system, its overall goal is to establish a set of suitable for the transformation of the channel business hall centralized operation monitoring system, from the sales analysis, business analysis, publicity management, material management, training management, performance, service, complaint handling, audit and site construction ten latitude operating system support, the full implementation of business hall to business hall for real-time operation and the overview of the global health point control, the marketing channel management, office daily work of the manager and the assistant good support. According to the basic requirements of the project, the system adopts B/S mode to design architecture, using J2 EE technology for system development.This article mainly solve the following questions: 1. The business hall operational data scattered in various systems, and different statistical caliber; 2. The business system is more, regulations and rules for heavy and complicated, various business processes for examination and approval for a long time; 3. The company KPI, management assessment indicators and the business hall business personnel assessment indicators cannot organic combination; After 4 channels operating problems, can’t timely locating problem, traces the roots of lagging in problem solving, operation monitoring, early warning and problem to follow up the serious lag; Indicator alarm or after found the problem, no means of support for the closed loop processing.This thesis first introduces the background and research significance of the project, then the demand for project are analyzed in detail, at the design stage from the overall design is given to each core function module detailed design, this article also more emphasis on system development, in the process of the development of the whole project, refine the very practical common core modules, greatly improve the efficiency of the development, also for the future enterprise application system has laid a solid foundation. Finally, the test system in detail, and system implementation is introduced.
