Design And Implementation Of IT Intelligent Operational Platform What Based On Medical Industry

Since the new health care plan implementation, spurring in the medical and health information policy, such as “the Twelfth Five-year Plan”, “3521 Project”, “the construction of medical information system guidance” and other substantive policy, medical industry in our country’s information has entered the development of the fast lane. However, the business what related the health care information of medical industry must ensure non-stop running in 7×24 hours so that the operation management work faces severe ordeal. The paper what based on “the hospital information platform construction project of sichuan province health department and country hospital” has conducted field research to the operational management of medical industry of many hospitals in sichuan province, and after that we have designed and implemented an IT intelligence operation platform what based on the health care industry.In this paper, we mainly research IT intelligence operation platform project what based on the health care industry, and have completed the platform’s system design and development work. The operation platform has met the goal of intelligence operation to hospital information system by implementing related to operations of hospital information system, operational work of different departments and different positions, and using the design concept of unity and streamline operations to medical IT resource monitoring, early warning, intelligence analysis and operational management.First, the paper describes the general situation about the operational management of health care information system and expounds the research background what based on the intelligence operations platform of health care industry. Then, we can understand even more about the scope of the specific needs of this platform after field investigation and research to several typical hospital information system in sichuan province. At last, we introduce the design idea, technical route, the goal and methods what achieved and so on about the platform system that on the basic of introduced in this paper. Thesis expounds the overall architecture of the platform and the division of function modules in detail, and then after the theoretical analysis, it presents the design and implementation of several main modules what I am responsible for the platform detailedly. This modules are about monitoring module, data collection and archiving module, data analysis and early warning module, and the distributed data storage module. And then gives the development background of each function module and the composition of design demand, function and particular logic implementation. In the meanwhile, the paper also gives a deeper research to several major difficulties by reading papers, such as the configuration and monitoring function of the data collection template automatically in the design about monitoring templates, the automatic interaction to platform and JIRA transaction platform interface in the result of the early warning processing etc. Finally, the paper also builds a simulation environment and conducts a serials of tests to the achieved platform, so that we can understand more about the performance indicators related to the platform through analysis the test case.
