The Design And Implementation Of Sales Management Subsystem In The Enterprise Operation Monitoring System

In order to promote enterprise's information process, meet the increasingly fierce competition in the market; Enterprise launched operation monitoring system's development and construction. As an important component of the system, Sales management subsystem is under way to be developed. The subsystem is based on enterprise sales management documents to organize the sales activity, and is responsible for all of sales activity monitoring and management.The subsystem includs business estimated management, project management, bidding management and sales contract management.The sales management subsystem's design and development depends on the platform of Sword, which is developed by the company independently.I was involved in the business estimated management, project management, bidding management three module's development and construction. Through the sales management business process comb, I have been clear about the sales management system of the relationship between each module. With the business personnel in communication and discussion, I analysed the business requirements by using case, and then do the general design and the interface design on Sword platform for each module. After a series of review activities of the general design, the database design get underway. On the analysis of enterprise sales management business forms and business rule, the database design and detailed design of business estimated management, project management, bidding management were completed.After tense code, finally finished the business estimated management, project management and bidding management's design and implementation.Now the sales management subsystem is in commissioning phase, and everything looks well.
