| Along with the active demand of modern management and the development of computer software technology, the information system was used more and more widely and deeply by enterprise. State Grid Corporation of China was one of Chinese ultra-large enterprises, which information construction meets that the technology was mature and the project method was versatile. In this paper, the similar case of information construction was analyzed. The result showed that production management information system was essential in State Grid Corporation of China.This paper was established on the subject for Operation Monitoring Information Support System for Hubei Electric Power Company. First, the SG-CIM data model and the SG-UAP platform were introduced detailedly. The system functions were designed based on the standard of IEC61968/61970with SG-CIM data model, and the functions included the system and database designs on four aspects of overall monitoring, operation analysis, coordinated control, comprehensive management. Meanwhile, The service system data was showed complexly by Jsp、Flex、JavaScript. Finally, the system was tested by the combination of white box and black box, and the testing process covered the functional requirements and business process requirements completely. The result showed that it had achieved the desired effect.The operating performance, management performance and the core resources of Hubei Electric Power Company operation may be grasped timely and comprehensive through the construction Operation Monitoring Information Support System. This system could promote the management reform effectively, strengthen the internal resources, enhance the overall operation of the level of a group of companies. |
