Based On WEB Of Salary Management System Design And Implementation

The traditional payroll management system using manual calculation and usually apply a fixed salary calculation formula and project to calculate the staff salaries. In order to adapt to the new development, various wage and payroll systems has been changing continuously. Although in short term, accountant can apply sets of formulas and salary project to calculate wages, but not for long-term.With the development of computer and network technology, a variety of information management systems started to be used in all walks of life. In this situation, the birth of the web-based payroll system has brought a revolutionary change to financial management. Such systems achieved transparency of financial and wage distribution, reduced the workload of financial management, achieved paperless operation, provided individual wage information to managers and every employee.The design of this thesis is based on network based work management system is a typical information management system. Therefore, system development process includes three parts: foreground application development and construction and maintenance of background data. Foreground design requires the functional completeness of the application and a user must easily understand the interface. Background design requires database data consistency.The system uses B / S mode, three layer software architecture, ASP dynamic web pages language, and SQLSERVER 2003 databases. This article consists of an introduction, Technology Introduction, system analysis, system design, detailed system design.The main work is as follows:1. Introducing web-based payroll system design background, explaining the significance, status, and purpose of the research, and referencing related domestic and international system design. 2. Describing computer technologies used in the design of web-based payroll system, dynamic web languages such as ASP, SQLSERVER 2003 database, Dream weaver web design software, ADO technology and system architecture established technologies, such as, ASP dynamic web pages language, and SQLSERVER 2003 databases, Dream weaver web designsoftware, and ADO technology and system architecture establishing technologies. 3. Analyzing system users’ need, studying the feasibility of the system design, and building it based on the operation of payroll management. 4. Determining the purpose of the system design, system architecture, division of the various functional system modules. 5. Introducing system function modules design and implementation. Using textual description, flowcharts, typical code and run effect diagram to describe its development process. 6. Testing the system and giving the test content and results.After system design is completed, it was tested. Tests demonstrate that the system basically meets the needs of users, it is reasonable in design, easy to operate and it has a friendly interface and strong scalability.
