With the rapid development of the modern enterprise management ways and methods,the level of social information,information science and technology has also continued to develop and mature.As the important means of enterprise management informationization has become increasingly clear.The reasonable and standardized management of payroll for the enterprise is one of the important components of enterprise standardization management.Enterprise A is a big company providing petroleum engineering services,large-scale marine engineering services,as well as investment in the development of clean energy and investment.For a long time,due to the lack of system support,human resource department of enterprise A has problem of payroll management,they can not offer payroll details to employee,employees can only contact HR Specialist separately when in the need for obtaining payroll slip,more often,it's paper-based payroll slip.This kind of payroll model is not only inefficient,but also there are many defects in the presence of arbitrary and artificial factors.With the rapid business development of enterprise A and rapid growth in the number of employees,the request for regular electronic payroll slip is increasing.Therefore,Enterprise A commissioned development of the payroll management system by a supplier,the system is running on a enterprise portal,HR specialists of subsidiary companies can login and configure the payroll template,use payroll sending service,query history records,etc.Employees can receive encrypted payroll email,the system will automatically withdrawn payroll email and has interface with HRMS database of Human resource management system.In this paper,all the phases of payroll management system's developing lifecycle is introduced.First of all,there is a study about Portal authentication,CA encryption mechanism of payroll email and the characteristics and advantages of MVC programming.Secondly,this paper analysed the Enterprise A's business requirements of payroll management,designed the Element Pool configuration,payroll template definition,payroll sending service and history records query modules,etc.Then the several business modules were illustrated by UML use cases diagrams.Thirdly,describe the system design.According to the contents of requirements analysis,each module of the system is designed,and designed the system databases..The fourth,used MVC design pattern,based on IBM products features,to facilitate the integration of the system and increase scalability as the goal,integrated the IBM WebSphere Portal,IBM DB2,IBM Lotus Domino and technologies such as asynchronous message sending.Archive the display in Portal,salary data security and payroll email encryption with the mature technique and less capital.In the front end,used JQuery Easy UI framework to implement payroll management system's user interface.At the last,to ensure the stability and efficient operation of the system,after system development is completed,we performed the unit testing and integration testing for the system,then the defect management throughout the whole life cycle is realized from each dimension.
