The College Students Electronic Archives Management System Based On B/S

In recent years, with the vigorous development of vocational education in our country, our school has expanded year by year, the number of college students has increased dramatically, archives management puts forward new requirements to the student, how can standardize the management, scientific statistics and quick query, service students and employers, has become the focus of the school students management, therefore, puts forward the development of student electronic archives management system requirements.During the internship, as well as preliminary research for records management, coupled with my own personal experience of facing the mobilization of files after graduation, now I’m researching file management system for college graduates. The system is based on B/S structure, using C# and ASP.NET language, with the help from Visual Studio and SQL Server.Coupling with Web-site and System; I developed the municipal university graduates and personnel file management system.This article analyzes the files information management system of the background and development situation at home and abroad, according to the actual needs of our school, and briefly expounds the system needs to solve the main problems, the system target, the design, system architecture and function module of the paper, the core business in the system implementation process, interface design, system interface and so on are analyzed, and the specific implementation technology and realization method are given.The thesis is divided into introduction, system analysis, system design, database design, system design, and system’s implementation and testing of six most of the Conclusion. Successful development can achieve a combination of information queries and file management, front desk interface functions, including talent search, a message to improve the system to view the files transferred, borrowing and other matters related to policy news, background interface system administrator for system management, and file manager for file management functions.This research will be used to complete paperless file management, query and management, and provide convenience for the city’s business recruitment. For file management, a series of studies, in combination with other management systems, integrated to achieve a variety of functions, is expected to file management, talent needs of companies to save time, labor efficiency, with some help.
