With the rapid development of information technology, more and more commercial banks concerned with making their customers'files shared by all business. The previous files management can no longer meet the current needs .Because customer-centric archives management system has changed their own bank branches, customer resources, fragmented situation in which banks are able to achieve all-round collection, preservation and use of customer information files.The topic for the Jilin bank records management needs, design a set of files based on customer-centric management solutions, achieved on the electronic information file and the original paper files and efficient management; optimized for mass data storage, organization and query ; to achieve a multi-platform sharing of information between the files.The system consists of two subsystems: business information management systems and file management subsystem. Business data management subsystem for each working day operations of various business systems to classify the data storage, and provides data query and archiving functions in each work cycle, information on the business end of business metadata subsystem will be distributed through the archive file management subsystems to be saved. File management subsystem to classify the data after archiving storage, while providing the collation of data to files, file associations, electronic file to deepen processing, report processing and other functions, in order to achieve effective management of customer profiles.This paper first analyzes the status of records management Jilin Bank proposed system design and implementation of the objectives; and then study the design and implementation of the system used in the key technologies, including SOA (service-oriented architecture), SOA is a service-oriented structure, targeting mainly distributed system architecture. Web designers can simply user interface (UI) components onto a page and make a rational layout, and the system developers in the background and the preparation of a specific display logic and business logic, while JSF API provides developers with an unparalleled feature and a very high programming flexibility. Hibernate is a free open-source java package, which makes the object-oriented programming environment, interaction with relational databases has become very easy, by Hibernate in the application development environment, in respect of access to the database like normal java object to access the same, Application developers do not have to consider how data from the relational database tables out (or put back to a database table); Spring is an open-source framework, is to solve enterprise application development complexity and variability created, its One of the main advantages of layered architecture, layered architecture that allows you to choose which one component, while providing an integrated J2EE application development framework.System, through a unified electronic document and image acquisition interface documentation to establish centralized electronic storage platform. Electronic files have the file right to create, edit, add, modify, delete, query and management functions. System through the network technology to provide electronic file sharing, as long as the line of any body in line with the appropriate permissions and security standards are available through IE browser, to facilitate the query archives. The system to build application-oriented, unified fast access to unstructured data access, design and realization of unstructured data identification, access strategies; to establish a customer-centric structured and unstructured data interaction mechanisms to achieve full-line uniform unstructured data applications and management tools; right to adjust the content management application framework to complete the ECM-based management and records management split, set up a platform for ECM and ECM-based file management platform for the design and development goals.System Management Module provides institutional management, rights management, user management, role management, and institutions and the user-to-many relationship between users and roles-many relationship between roles and permissions to-many relationship management. Institutions can add and modify the management of agency information, there can be in carrying out activities in the state of the setting, if there is the state agency set a non-active state, then the status of all users of the institution are not available; user management can be add and modify user information, there is the role of the user can set the organization's settings, and active settings, if there is a user assigned a role, then delete or disable the user corresponding to the role of his relations would remove all .At last, I design and implementation of electronic records check, physical records management module implementation of this system to do analysis and research, including the massive database of operational performance data analysis and exchange of data between different systems and processing, as well as the various layers of J2EE practice and exploration.
