Research And Implementation Of Online File System Based On B/S Structure

Rapid development of information technology and construction of office automation system have brought convenience to personal document management and communication for departments and staffs in our university. Currently, most of departments and staffs transfer and receive electronic documents through email, but operations of using email to manage e-file has significant limitations, it can only implement document transmission and upload and download in the form of attachment, it can not realize the functions of document content review, comments and retrieval, and has lots of limits in document management, low work efficiency, and can not reflect the advantage of office automation network platform. How to make full use of the existing resources of the university, select a corresponding technology to establish an electronic document management and a platform of communication and learning, is the requirements and one of components in digital university construction.On the basis of comparative research on electronic document management system, the author try to get characteristics of the system on function design, system structure, resource security and some points that need to be improved; combined with the existing problems and requirements in he electronic document management of our college and on the basis of full investigation and argumentation, the author proposes the solution of on-line document system in. NET platform and B/S architectureThis paper first introduces the research background of system, illustrates the research significance; then introduces development techniques and methods used in the process of development the system, conducts a detail system analysis, including user analysis, business requirement analysis, functional requirements analysis, performance requirements and feasibility analysis; it also carries on a detailed design to each function of system, offers flow chart of function, class table and design mentality, at the same time it completes database design; In the concrete implementation part, it expounds on the part of the realization of the core functions and user interface design; finally, the paper summarizers the research work, and shows author’s work in the process of development and design, at the same time, it points out the deficiency of the paper and prospects the future work.
