Chengdu HS Company is a large state-owned group real estate company, established in 1996, about 50 employees, mainly engaged in real estate development, property management business. Now the company has annual sales of 1 billion yuan, profit of about 80 million, the region has some well-known real estate development enterprises. Long-term use of traditional office mode, with the aggravation of the market competition, the rapid growth in business, management difficulty to increase, making the traditional office mode are faced with severe challenges, urgent need to develop a set of meet their own needs office management information system.In this paper based on the needs of enterprises and the actual situation of the office, the design and development of office management information system of Chengdu HS Company.First, the author from at home and abroad on the office management information system of, application of office management information system in the domestic and foreign real estate industry were introduced, understand application in the domestic real estate industry trends. And then through the field research of Chengdu HS Company, study the status of Chengdu HS Company, analyze its existing problems, and give the preliminary system design recommendations.In the system planning, this paper studies the system planning objectives, methods and the important technology used in the system.In the system analysis, the study of Chengdu HS Company's daily administrative office of the system needs, the relevant office demand is divided into system management, information management, file management, document management, meeting management five categories.In system design, in the analysis of HS Company, Chengdu office management information system and the subsystem of data and business process based, the final choice of the application mode of B/S structure, determine the overall system architecture design, and database design, then the system management module, information management module, document management module, file management module, the session management module has conducted the thorough research, to complete the function design of the system.In the detailed design, choose to use the standard J2EE three-tier architecture, the application presentation layer and application logic layer, data storage of separation, from architecture to ensure the system flexible, efficient, and can realize the load balance, and the use of UML modeling of system module detailed design.Finally through the of HS Company, Chengdu office management information system development and implementation, and built a process, networking, automation of office systems, to achieve high benefit management, the company internal staff to share information conveniently, quickly and transparently and efficiently collaborative work, realize the rapid, a full range of information collection, information processing, for the company's management and decision-making to provide a scientific basis to realize modern management and paperless office, for the company's future comprehensive information lay the foundation.
