It improves workefficiency, but also has malpractice such as poor versatility, poorstandard,low degree of modernization.Digital campus construction in the face of it, is a process to establishand improve the network, the purpose is to build a building with reliablehardware and emerging network technologies based platforms, devices andnetworks and to achieve match. However, in a deeper sense, the digitalcampus more than just technical issues, but also issues of educationalphilosophy. Currently, the digital campus at my school there is a certaindegree of over-emphasis on technology and the neglect of educationalphilosophy. In fact, the digital campus construction requires not onlytechnically better adapted to enhance the information needs of the times, butalso require reforms in the educational philosophy, if philosophy of educationand the development of thinking rest on its laurels, so even the mostadvanced technology can’t achieve the "people-oriented, human services."Only better adapted to the development of technology on campus, to beable to contribute to education, personnel training and dedication to be ableto power. In recent years, our school campus information technology has madegreat achievements, internet hardware infrastructure administration andteaching units of college faculty members have been able to meet the basicneeds access to the Internet, and the mature form of the basic school siteplatform, educational management system, while continuing to carry out thewhole network detection and transformation, and related hardwarepurchased, installed a trend firewall, reducing the failure rate of the network,maintaining a stable operating environment. However, compared withadvanced universities of the country, our school campus informationtechnology is still in its infancy, the problems in particular in: informationtechnology campus lack of uniform rules, can’t meet the requirements ofdigital campus, and most faculty I am not familiar with the school ’s digitalsystems, relatively few teachers to develop courseware, multimediateaching resource utilization is not high, affecting the pace of digitization ofour school building. Digital Campus has no night student exchangeapplication online learning system, the entire campus network servicesystem has not been perfect, standardization of information is not uniform,as a whole seems to focus on is the construction of infrastructure, lack ofapplication of the system of the building. Based on this, I developed a digitalcampus office automation system.This system uses B/S structure in dynamic web technology based onthe concept of the development of OA documents transceiver, informationdistribution,performance appraisal function, completely replace thetraditional paper-based office.Due to the use of data persistence technologyto facilitate information backup and storage, and information query andmodify. This system is completed on system performance, the interfacestability was tested. The system applicable to automatic office system of theschool, the basic information of the staff of the school management, and usethis system can be the documents passed and the release of information, toimprove the school office efficiency, reduce the cost of office, fully embodiesthe office automation features.This paper focuses on how to build our digitalcampus,the main problem of the traditional office, through a reasonable database design, integration office needs of the campus, to finalize thesystem implementation.After system summary, it basically meets the requirements of the collegeoffice automation system, and is expected to put into use.
